A 45-year-old woman with multiple health conditions, including bipolar disorder and depression, has gone missing in West Valinda, California. Rubi Pacifuentes was last seen at 10:12 PM on Thursday on the 1400 block of Van Wig. She is described as Latina, 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Pacifuentes was wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt with black sleeves and grey sweatpants and requires medication.
