During this time, the region can expect to experience strong winds, with gusts of up to 75 mph. There will also be periods of snow, with the snow level falling to 1500 to 2000 feet by Wednesday morning. It is possible that there could be multiple feet of snow above 4000 feet, and significant snowfall across the major mountain passes.
As a result, travel during this period could be extremely challenging, and in some cases, impossible. The strong winds could also result in damage to trees. Please take extra precautions and stay tuned to local weather reports for the latest updates.
