In the wake of record-breaking winter storms that battered the San Bernardino National Forest earlier this month, the San Marino Fire Department dispatched two firefighters to aid residents who found themselves trapped due to the snow. Firefighter/Paramedic Brian Campbell was deployed as a Fire-line Paramedic, while Firefighter/Paramedic Tim Chow was dispatched as a Field Observer. Despite the snow-blocked roads, they were able to provide supplies to local residents. The community expresses gratitude to SMFD for their assistance.
For those affected by the recent storms, residents may report non-emergency issues in the public right-of-way or City streets through the San Marino Service Request Center at www.cityofsanmarino.org/report.
