540 Booklets Are Now In!

Federal and state tax forms and instructions from the IRS and the Franchise Tax Board are available: 1040, 1040-SR, 540- 2EZ, and regular 540 booklets. These forms and booklets are free to the public at the Library entrance.

Tax forms and instructions not listed here can be obtained from www.irs.gov and www.ftb.ca.gov.

Log on to a public computer to print out additional forms with your South Pasadena Public Library card: printing is 15 cents black & white, 50 cents color per page.

Please note that while they can assist with locating specific forms, Librarians cannot give tax advice or help in filling out the forms.
